What are good retraction settings?

Answer:

0.8mm retraction at 55mm/s with 0.6mm of spiral z-hop. Spiral z-hop requires Orca Slicer and that gcode arcs are enabled both on the printer in printer.cfg and in Orca.

Enable retratcion on layer change and moves over certain lengths.
